Shipping Policy

Yidaier (YDE)

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia. All orders are processed and shipped from Malaysia using third-party courier services, including POS Laju.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight

  • Courier service selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


5. Courier Service

We use POS Laju and/or other authorized courier partners to deliver your orders.

Once a parcel is handed over to the courier:

  • Delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s service standards

  • Yidaier is not responsible for delays caused by the courier


6. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking number provided.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Yidaier shall not be responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Failed deliveries

  • Lost parcels

caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed parcels

Customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed parcels.


9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item (or tracking update)

  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

We will assist in submitting a case with the courier, subject to courier investigation and approval.


10. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
